1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using HarborMind, its Discord bot, Telegram bot, and web dashboard services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.
2. Service Description
HarborMind provides AI-powered community management tools and FileZiper file discovery services across Discord and Telegram platforms. Features include moderation automation, economy systems, leveling, and download link discovery. Services are provided "as-is" without guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. HarborMind reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse, or attempt to circumvent usage limits.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
Users may not use HarborMind to search for, download, or distribute illegal content including but not limited to: copyrighted materials without authorization, malware, CSAM, weapons manufacturing guides, or controlled substances. FileZiper incorporates safety filters that block such queries automatically.
5. FileZiper Usage
FileZiper searches public repositories and search engines for publicly available files. HarborMind does not host, store, or distribute any files. Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable copyright laws in their jurisdiction. Free accounts are limited to 4 searches per day; Pro and higher tiers unlock expanded limits.
6. Payments & Subscriptions
Premium plans are billed monthly or yearly via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of the initial charge. HarborMind reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.
7. Intellectual Property
The HarborMind name, logo, website design, bot code, and FileZiper engine are proprietary intellectual property of HarborMind. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the service without explicit written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
HarborMind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service. This includes loss of data, server downtime, or third-party API disruptions (Discord, Telegram, Stripe).
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate accounts for violations of these terms, illegal activity, or abuse of the platform. Users may delete their accounts at any time via the dashboard settings, which removes all associated data.
