When you register on HarborMind, we collect your email address, platform user ID (Discord/Telegram), and usage analytics including search queries, download requests, and interaction logs. We also store wallet balances, XP levels, and subscription plan details necessary for service operation.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your data enables FileZiper search functionality, cross-platform synchronization between Discord and Telegram, wallet and economy features, and billing/subscription management. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Data Storage & Security
All data is stored on encrypted PostgreSQL databases hosted on our secure VPS infrastructure. We employ TLS encryption for all API communications between clients and our servers. Access credentials are hashed using industry-standard algorithms.
4. Cookies & Local Storage
HarborMind uses browser localStorage to persist authentication tokens (JWT access and refresh tokens). We do not use third-party tracking cookies. Google OAuth sign-in follows Google's privacy and security protocols.
5. FileZiper Search Data
Search queries submitted through FileZiper are logged for abuse prevention and daily limit enforcement. We do not associate search queries with personally identifiable information beyond what is necessary for rate limiting and service improvement.
6. Third-Party Services
HarborMind integrates with Discord API, Telegram Bot API, Stripe for payment processing, and Google OAuth for authentication. Each service operates under its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data required for these integrations to function.
7. Your Rights
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting our support team. Upon deletion, all personal data is permanently removed from our databases within 30 days, except for anonymized usage statistics.
8. Children's Privacy
HarborMind is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through the dashboard. Continued use of HarborMind after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
