Smart Moderation Bot — AutoMod, Anti-Raid & Complete Audit Trail
Keep your Discord server and Telegram group safe with automated moderation that works across both platforms. HarborMind's moderation suite includes intelligent AutoMod escalation, word filters, anti-raid protection, and a permanent audit log of every action.
AutoMod Escalation
The AutoMod system tracks violations and escalates automatically. No human moderator needs to remember thresholds — the bot handles everything.
| Warnings | Action | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| 3 warnings | ⏱️ Timeout | 10 minutes |
| 5 warnings | ⏱️ Extended Timeout | 1 hour |
| 7 warnings | 👢 Kick | Permanent (can rejoin) |
All thresholds are configurable via the dashboard. Warnings expire after 30 days. Moderators can manually override any action.
Complete Moderation Toolkit
/warn /unwarn /clearwarnings
Full warning system — issue, revoke, or clear all warnings for any user. Each warning is logged with reason, moderator, and timestamp.
/mute /unmute /timeout
Temporarily restrict a user from sending messages. Configurable duration. Timeouts sync across Discord and Telegram.
/kick /ban /unban
Remove or permanently ban users. Ban list is shared across platforms — a Discord ban also blocks the linked Telegram account.
/wordfilter add|remove|list
Auto-delete messages containing banned words. Supports regex patterns. Deleted messages are logged for moderator review.
/antiraid
Anti-raid detection monitors join rates. If more users join than the threshold within the configured window, the server locks down automatically.
/modlogs
Permanent audit trail of every moderation action. Filter by moderator, target user, action type, or date range. Exportable for community records.
Appeal System
Users who believe they were moderated unfairly can submit an appeal via /appeal reason. All appeals are logged and reviewed by server moderators. This ensures due process even with automated enforcement.
Cross-Platform Moderation
A warning issued on Discord counts toward the user's total across both platforms. A ban on Telegram blocks the user's linked Discord account too. Moderators on either platform see the complete moderation history — no more fragmented enforcement across platforms.
